Historic!!!!

Barrack Obama has written a new chapter in the history of the United States by getting elected as the nation's first black president.. Personally I was not a big fan of his policies - especially the ones related to taxes and unions. However I am extremely glad that a person of colour has finally got elected to this country's highest post. I mean ....think about it even developing nations such as India and Pakistan have elected persons from minority communities....however the US that prides itself in giving great importance to diversity and equal rights had never elected a president from a minority community..

I actually wanted Hillary to win the election since she is a woman and I did want a woman elected as president....Obama overturned all those hopes...However I am genuinely glad that he was able to acheive this milestone....

I am anxiously waiting to see how Obama's term will turn out to be......
